1. License

When you buy Pake, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the Pake desktop app. One license works on up to 3 computers at the same time, in any mix of Mac, Windows and Linux. You can deactivate a computer at any time from the license card and activate another one with the same key. Without a license, Pake makes 2 apps for free.

2. The apps you make

The apps you make with Pake are yours. They keep working without Pake, without a license and after a license expires. The websites inside them remain subject to their own terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer or modify the Pake desktop app, and you may not use the same license key beyond its device limit. The open-source Pake CLI is licensed separately under GPL-3.0.

4. Intellectual property

Pake, its name, logo and the desktop app are the property of Tw93 and are protected by copyright law.

5. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Tw93 be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Pake. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
